What should I bring?

Bring a warm layer, a windproof jacket and comfortable shoes. Mountain conditions can feel very different from Funchal. Check your booking instructions for any additional requirements.

Is a sunrise or sunset guaranteed?

Visibility depends on the weather. Clear skies and views above the clouds cannot be guaranteed. Read the conditions for your selected experience before booking.

Does every booking include hotel pickup?

No. Pickup and drop-off follow the option selected. Meeting-point bookings use designated locations; hotel pickup is available only with the applicable option and within its coverage area.

Is the PR1 hike included?

The full PR1 hike and entry or admission fees are not included. The Sunset experience offers an optional independent walk, subject to conditions. Check the exact inclusions and current access requirements on your booking page.
